My journey into photography began in 2007 when I was handed down a Canon EOS 650 film camera — and I was hooked. I taught myself the fundamentals until 2010, when I enrolled in the digital photography program at Vancouver Island University. I still own that film camera today; it’s one of the few sentimental items I’ll always keep. These days, I’m proud to shoot with a Canon R5.

What I love most about photography is its ability to evoke emotion — even years after a moment has passed. That’s why I’m drawn to candid lifestyle photography. I aim to create sessions that are as enjoyable and meaningful as the final images, so when clients revisit their photos, they can’t help but feel those feelings all over again.

For me, photography isn’t just about preserving memories — it’s about experiencing them all over again.

The Experience

  • 1. Book Your Session

    You can book your session directly through my website for a quick and seamless experience. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your vision before booking, don’t hesitate to get in touch — I’d love to hear from you.

  • 2. Confirmation + Planning

    After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a follow-up email with a few questions to help me get to know your vision. We’ll chat about location preferences, any special requests, and how to ensure the session feels personal and meaningful to you.

  • 3. Styling Support

    Access to my client closet is included with all collection bookings (Mini Sessions excluded). I also offer personalized styling guidance and wardrobe tips to help you feel confident and make the entire experience effortless and stress-free.

  • 4. Your Photo Session

    No need to worry about posing—I’ll gently guide you while you enjoy playful, candid moments with your loved ones. You’ll focus on having fun while I capture the magic.

  • 5. Gallery Delivery

    You will receive a link to a private online gallery with your high-resolution digital images within 2-3 weeks of your session. If you’ve given consent, sneak peeks may appear on my social media!

  • 6. Rescheduling & Policies

    Collection bookings can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice (non-refundable). Mini Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
